Contemporary Leadership Program
Good leadership is key to staffs' happiness.
We support Leaders to transform to the leader they want to be; a Contemporary, Impactful Leader.
In our 'Contemporary Leadership Program, we give Leaders the most important tools they need to transform. These tools are typically not the things you learn at the University, but are the elements you need in practice to be a Contemporary Leader.
We started the development of this program based on our own experiences. We had loved to know more about team dynamics, politics and providing direction before we got a leadership role.

Learning Objective
GOOD LEADERSHIP IS KEY
A contemporary organization requires contemporary leaders. Good Leadership is key for staffs’ work experience. Sub optimal leadership is a dissatisfier and has impact on your organizations’ productivity.
BE THE LEADER YOU WANT TO BE
During this program we support you in your development to be the Leader you want to be. During the program we will learn you how to apply the theory in practice of 6 Leadership Key Areas
YOUR DEVELOPMENT WILL BE MEASURED
To set a baseline and determine your progress at the end of the program, we will have two measurements. We will measure Leadership preferences and perform a 360 at the start and end of our journey.

Program Details
The program consists of 6 steps to develop key leadership skills:
- Know Yourself
- Give Direction
- Manage and Develop People
- Optimize Processes
- Enable Innovation
- Drive Change (including Power and Politics)
TEACHING METHOD
During the program we will use various teaching methods:
- Online learning modules (video’s)
- Q&A sessions to ask questions about the content and its application in practice
- Facilitated peer-to-peer coaching. We know that sharing experiences amongst each other is insightful and helpful.
- 1 to 1 coaching
DURATION
The duration of the program is about 6 to 9 months. This length is required because we truly want to enable a transformation in Leadership Style. In a short period of time that is not possible.
TIME COMMITMENT
Every module takes about 1 day to go through the material and 1,5 day to participate in the workshops, study group and (peer-to-peer) coaching. On average this results in two days per month as a minimum.
GROUP SIZE
Preferably the group size for this program is 3 to 6 people.
LOCATION
All workshops will be done virtually. If the circumstances allow us, we love to arrange 1 or 2 workshops face to face.
TRAINERS
The workshops and coaching will be facilitated by trainers of the Tomorrow’s Leadership Team. Our trainers have fulfilled Leadership Roles themselves and have extensive experience in facilitating workshops and coaching.
